The shuttle service was excellent, arriving promptly to take us to the airport on time, which made our travel experience much smoother.

I found the breakfast options to be quite average. it could certainly benefit from more varied selections to enhance the dining experience.

Elevators out of commission, forcing all guests to the ground floor. Restaurant options poor, and the food quality disappointing. Significant renovations ongoing with no prior notification.
